Account data: If you create an account or join the iOS waitlist, we store your email address. Nothing else is required.
Usage data: We store your credit balance and scan count. We may collect anonymised, aggregated analytics (e.g. how many scans happen per day) to improve the product. This data cannot be linked back to you individually.
Device data: Our crash reporting tools (e.g. Firebase Crashlytics) may collect anonymised device information (OS version, device model) strictly for debugging purposes.
We do not use your videos to train AI models, improve our algorithms, or for any purpose other than producing the analysis result you requested.
Your email is used solely to: manage your account and credit balance; send you credits you have earned (e.g. signup bonus, daily free credit); notify you of critical service updates (e.g. changes to this policy). We do not send marketing emails without your explicit opt-in.
Payments are processed exclusively by Google Play and the Apple App Store. FindItNow never sees, stores, or processes your payment card details.
We may use Firebase (Google) for crash reporting and anonymised analytics. Firebase's data is governed by Google's privacy policy and does not include any personally identifiable video or scan content.
We do not sell your data. We do not share your personal data with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party for commercial purposes. We may share data with law enforcement only if required by a valid legal order and only to the extent legally required.
Your account data is retained while your account is active. If you have not used the service for 3 years, we may delete inactive accounts after giving 30 days' notice to your registered email.
To request deletion of all your data at any time, email hello@finditnow.ro with the subject “Delete my data.” We will confirm deletion within 30 days.
All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. We apply industry-standard security practices including access controls and regular security reviews. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal data, we will notify you within 72 hours as required by GDPR Article 33.
If you are located in the EU or EEA, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; request deletion (“right to be forgotten”); object to or restrict processing; receive your data in a portable format; lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the email associated with your account at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
