By downloading, installing, or using FindItNow (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
FindItNow is an AI-powered tool that analyzes publicly accessible video links from supported platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X) and produces a probability estimate of whether the video may have been generated or significantly manipulated by AI.
FindItNow provides probabilistic estimates based on AI analysis. Results are not guaranteed to be accurate and may be incorrect in any individual case. The Service is intended as an informational aid only.
You agree not to rely solely on FindItNow results as the basis for any legal, financial, journalistic, medical, or other consequential decision. Always verify important findings through independent means.
FindItNow is provided strictly as an informational tool. A result indicating high AI probability does not constitute proof that a video is AI-generated, and a result indicating low probability does not constitute proof that a video is authentic.
Videos submitted for analysis are downloaded to a temporary, isolated processing environment solely for the purpose of analysis. Upon completion of the scan, all video data is permanently and automatically deleted from our systems.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any video link for analysis.
You are responsible for the links you submit. You agree not to use FindItNow to:
• Harass, defame, stalk, or harm any individual
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe any intellectual property or privacy rights
• Attempt to manipulate, scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service
• Submit links to illegal content
• Use automated tools or bots without our written permission
Free credits: New accounts receive 3 free credits upon registration. One additional free credit is added to your account daily, automatically.
Purchased credits: Credits purchased as one-time packs never expire. Used credits are non-refundable.
Subscriptions: Subscription plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis through Google Play or the Apple App Store. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
The FindItNow name, logo, app, website, and all associated technology are the intellectual property of FindItNow and its operators. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our written permission.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FINDITNOW AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid for credits in the 30 days preceding the event, or (b) €10.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FindItNow and its operators from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or relating to your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if continued access poses a risk to other users or the integrity of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Romania. EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
Entire agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FindItNow regarding the Service.
Severability: If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
